FaithTech FT833104A-6-1 Battery Cell Simulating Power Supply 6V/1A/6W
The FT8331 Series is a high-precision, multi-channel, single-quadrant battery cell simulator engineered for the most demanding applications in battery R&D, BMS validation, and automated test systems. With up to 24 fully isolated channels, it enables flexible series or parallel configurations to emulate complex cell arrays or battery packs with minimal hardware overhead. Each channel delivers exceptional precision, with voltage accuracy of 0.01% F.S., voltage resolution down to 0.1mV, and current resolution as fine as 0.1µA—making it ideal for capturing ultra-low standby currents and characterizing device behaviour across a wide dynamic range.
Designed for versatility, the FT8331 supports multiple operation modes including regulated power supply mode, cell emulation, charge/discharge testing, SOC (state-of-charge) simulation, pulse and sequence testing, and (in A-series variants) built-in fault injection per channel (such as short-circuit, open-circuit, or reverse polarity). The device is packaged in a compact, rack-mountable 19″ chassis, and includes robust communication options (LAN, RS485, CAN) with support for SCPI and Modbus command sets. A USB port allows seamless file import/export and screen capture, while a high-definition 4.3″ LCD provides intuitive local control and status monitoring.
