The RIGOL MHO984 is the flagship model of the MHO900 series, designed to deliver professional-grade mixed-signal measurement performance in a compact, high-efficiency format. With 800 MHz analogue bandwidth, 4 GSa/s real-time sample rate, and 12-bit vertical resolution, it reveals fine waveform details that conventional 8-bit scopes cannot capture. The MHO984 supports 4 analogue plus 16 digital channels, enabling synchronised analysis of both analogue and digital domains for embedded systems, power electronics, and complex signal debugging.

The Rigol MHO984’s 500 Mpts memory depth (optional) and 1,000,000 waveforms/s capture rate ensure long-duration acquisitions and high-throughput waveform capture without aliasing or dropouts. The multi-touch 7-inch HD display, paired with 256-level intensity grading, offers intuitive control and crisp visualisation of fast, low-amplitude phenomena. Embedded mathematics, filtering, FFT, and pass/fail capabilities give you deeper insight right at the front panel.
Optionally, the MHO984 can include a dual-channel arbitrary/function generator (up to 100 MHz) with integrated Bode plot support—ideal for closed-loop feedback, control system tuning, and power stability analysis. Triggering options include edge, pulse width, slope, video, pattern, and advanced protocol decoding (I²C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN; with optional FlexRay, I²S, MIL-STD-1553B).
