IWATSU Semiconductor Curve Tracer CS-5000 Series
The CS-5000 Series Semiconductor Curve Tracers from IWATSU are designed as a direct, modern replacement for obsolete Tektronix Curve Tracers. Featuring a familiar user interface, users can migrate and operate the system confidently in as little as one hour, even the test adapters share the same pin out and therefore are interchangeable. The series supports both IV and CV characterisation with high accuracy and flexibility.
Standard features across all models:
- Up to 3,000 V peak in High Voltage mode (3000V with CS-3000 Series)
- LEAKAGE mode with 1 pA resolution
- Multiple waveforms: Rectified SINE, DC ±, LEAKAGE ±, AC
- LAN for remote control and USB for data and screen capture
- Ideal for testing IGBTs, MOSFETs, transistors, and diodes, the CS-3000 Series is the perfect upgrade for users of legacy Tektronix curve tracers, including the 370A and 370B.
The CS-5000 Series includes three mainframe models:
- CS-5100 – Standard configuration
- CS-5200 – High Current mode up to 400 A peak pulse
- CS-5300 – High Current mode up to 1,000 A peak pulse
